It is a complete waste of time
I tried this site out for a month. I had a few matches for the entire month even though I swiped right probably over a hundred times. I got an email from one of the matches and responded and then never heard from her again. I met another match in person and she happened to be a con artist who tried to steal from me. It is a complete waste of time. It may be fine for women but if you are a man try something else.

You pay for a Subscription and then they fail to tell you that even though you pay for the subscription and tell you That you have all these benefits you still can’t talk to anyone without buying more coins just to talk to people. They rip you off. Don’t waste your time with this site. If I could give 0 stars I would.

No one wants to talk
There is no thrill at all with this app. No one wants to talk, they just want to get your number right off the bat. Plenty of guys initiate conversation but most all for a date and want to know what to do, like just pick something! Most conversations don’t end in a question to keep the conversation going…I guess that’s just guys these days!

Waste of effort
AT first it was a nice site, they appeared to weed out potential scammers, and have met some nice ladies on this site, I would have given them four stars the first several months, but for the last 3-5 months, I’ve been getting 10, then 20 or 30 a day after I complained to the site (waste of effort), they deny there is a problem and say they don’t know about it, check out all the other BAD reviews. The most common one I get is way too young, way OUTSIDE my desired distance and 90% of them have their emails in the their screen names and or phone numbers on their face of main photo, obvious scam techniques

I just cancel my membership 4 months early because it is full of fake profiles and scamming profiles don’t waste your time and hard earn money with this site. When you receive fake subspinous and scam profile and report they don’t seem to care and try to stop it. Take the word from a X member that cancel 4 months early.

Don't use this service!
I’ve been trying to stop my auto renewal for over a month. They make the cancellation process really difficult for anyone who isn’t 100% tech savvy and will NOT send me a link to reset my password despite my many requests for them to send me a link. I’ve lost my original password and yet they REQUIRE that you remember your old password to set a new one – very weird. They just want to keep you paying no mater how unethical. Plus Match is much better – don’t use this service!

Disgusting
This really is an appalling site. After reading the other comments, I could relate to everyone who had raised concerns. £120 lighter for a 3 month membership which would seem to generate fake emails of people expressing interest or making comments on my profile only for me to log in and see no such comments. Absolute fraud with no chance of refund. This was on the 2nd day of paying for a premium membership. Disgusting

I wouldn’t recommend this site
The app needs investment, it’s slow, clunky and glitches frequently when going through daily wild card matches, which means you seem to get the same person over and over again rather than 13 new people. It seems very old fashioned in comparison to the free sites such as Tinder, which is crazy given the amount they charge for this site. I wouldn’t recommend this site, save your money.

Safe Website
This site is one of the very few responsible and well run dating sites. The one scammer who contacted me was immediately removed from the site and they take care to prevent objectionable photos and other material that if seen by underage at least graphically is protected.

No-refund policy
Before 24 hours after I join I wanted to cancel as I had purchase their tokens along with membership. I have emailed them 3 times and no response at all. They just ignore my request. If need be I do have copies of all correspondence. Even if there was a no-refund policy they should have at least notified of that.

They have fake profiles which have been setup by match themselves. They do this to make the site look more full and then when you message them you get identical rejection messages. It’s a shame as I have met some real people on here but there are numerous fake profiles set up by match on this site so please be aware of that
